if possible, I'd like to put in a simple redirect from the shinyapps.io url https://subugoe.shinyapps.io/hybridoa/ to https://subugoe.github.io/hybrid_oa_dashboard/. On https://subugoe.github.io/hybrid_oa_dashboard/ the existing shinyapps.io instance would then be included as an iframe.

Advantages:

• we can present everything from one URL which we control
• if we ever leave shinyapps.io, no one will notice or need to change anything
• the old shinyapps.io, under which this was first publicised, remains active
• we can implement full-on branch deploys as per https://github.com/subugoe/hybrid_oa_dashboard/issues/56 easily

as just discussed in the call @njahn82 suggested that we keep up the old app for the time being, and do a proper relaunch for the people who go to that link later once we're comfortable with the new app.

I think we might have to deprecate this old dashboard sooner rather than later, causes the kind of un-diffable problems and general confusion in #196 and #197.

But before I do that, I should fix the remaining feature differences #186 and update to 2020 in #172 so that we're not loosing anything.
