How to deal with multiple ISSNs when Crossref gives different record counts #7

Use of filters might be a good solution because specifying the same filter multiple times will result in OR semantics:

E.g. https://api.crossref.org/works?filter=issn:0963-0252,issn:1361-6595,from-pub-date:2013-01-01

Now, Crossref is queried by all ISSNs (OR operation).
