the ugoe_bootswatch.css currently lives as a copy in metacheck, which is inelegant and can easily confuse us, once the outer CSS of the pkgdown site automatically changes.
This was necessary as a hack-fix, because the old css: !expr subugoetheme$... way broke as a result of pre-rendering #96.
This appears to be a design limitation of pre-rendering as per the docs, so that probably cannot be made to work.
Also, the css should probably be an argument, since not everyone ever running this will be SUB.
