add sub logo to pkgdown sites #28

might be nice to add the sub logo to all the pkgdown sites, much like rstudio does for the tidyverse.

on second thought, this might not be worth it, because it's not clear how many pkgs will really live on subugoe as opposed to somewhere else (ropensci etc.), where another way to represent subugoe sponsorship would be more appropriate.
