require two-factor authentication for everyone in the org #1

I am not sure what the current setting is, but this might be a worthwhile improvement in security.

(This is an org-wide issue, placing this here in the org website repo out of convention -- has nothing to do with subugoe.github.io per se).

:+1: from me - at least the org owners should use 2FA. Requiring it for all members needs to be discussed, as there are some requirements not everyone may fit, such as Authenticator Apps or the will to put the phone number to Github.

@subugoe/owners could you please set up 2FA if not done already?
