use custom .sub.uni-goettingen.de subdomain #3

Might be neat to have something like: open.sub.uni-goettingen.de instead of http://subugoe.github.io as a URL; looks nice and might also increase pagerank for projects (speculating).

Setting this up at the org-level (instead of for each repo) would be much easier, because we'd only have to do it once, and then all repos (if they have a ghpages branch and have it enabled in the settings) could be reached at open.sub.uni-goettingen.de/repo.

GitHub forwards all the old http://subugoe.github.io URLs, so there shouldn't be any link rot.

I'm going to check all the repos for existing http://subugoe.github.io/* sites in a bit to make sure we can ping all the maintainers before making any change here.

any thoughts @hwhw @ipf @jkothe @wm4sub? Can we get this transition going? I think it'd look much nicer to point people to, e.g. open.sub.uni-goettingen.de/project rather than subugoe.github.io/project.
