replace pkgdown boilerplate with build_site wrapper #7

build_site(override =) should do the trick

this appears to only include sub-specific settings, so might as well migrate this to subugoetheme

I think this might just overcomplicate things -- instead let's just try and hard-code as much as possible in the templates
