Make navigation buttons text configurable #436

AC:

Navigation buttons texts in the header should be configurable by a dedicated object in the config
Custom strings for "previous item", "next item", "previous manifest", "next manifest" should be possible
If custom strings are not provided, the buttons should display default strings
