post-create-hook #28

heh, my commits in the fork are called post-commit-hook. This IS similar to a post-commit-hook in svn.

This is also my first go code.

Not sure if you'd even want this, but since I was the one that asked for it... here it is. I needed it so I can run virt-customize on the newly created image.

This resolves #26

Thank you for explanation of idea with a code! I will look how to add such feature in a portable and stable and supportable way.
