Add multiple networks for VM when creation #62

For now it's possible to add second network interface only after VM creation.

It would be nice to be able to add a second interface before creating a VM - on the VM creation page.

Hi! I've just pushed new machine form layout to the master, now you can specify as many interfaces and volumes as you want :) image
