Add libr #10

Hi! I find your project quite interesting and wonder if you would welcome a PR adding an R subuser.

Hi, you certainly could. I've been thinking, what the best way to support programming langues with subuser is and have yet to come up with a 100% satisfactory solution. But I guess with languages like R and octavia, where it makes sense to think of the environment as being more of an application than something you would use to create other new programs (which then might want to become subusers in their own right), I think a simple approach will do just fine. Sorry for the slow reply, I was on vacation without my computer :P
