This will also require a change to the subuser standard for serialization.

The subcommands should be:

[x] add-to-path: Add a launcher for the subuser to PATH
[x] remove-from-path: Remove launcher from PATH
[ ] expose-entry-points: Add "entry points" to PATH, asking the user if they want to edit the list first.
[ ] hide-entry-points: Remove "entry points" from PATH
