Options to restrict usage of RAM & CPU ( from https://docs.docker.com/engine/admin/resource_constraints/ ). No tests and docs. Sorry.

Thankyou for the pull request. Can you please change the names to something more descriptive like "memory-limit" and "max-cpus"?
