[virtualbox] Add provisioning script for install VBoxGuestAdditions tools #70

Now we're using plugin vagrant-vbguest. Which install virtualbox guest tool. If we prepare box installed VBoxGuestAdditions tools. We don't need install plugin vagrant-vbguest. This also will increase to up peer.
