Resolves a few errors when used with Remarkable 2:

Handles an AttributeError raised due to missing thumbnails when dumping a ZipDocument
- Related to #9
Handles a KeyError raised due to missing metadata files during load

thanks for the pull request! I’ll take a look ASAP. Do you know if this is a common issue with RM2 tablets?

Hello,

I don't know for sure if this is a common issue or somehow the result of something I did at some point. I assumed the former, based on #9 being so similar. Let me know if you need me to investigate anything related to this on RM2 and I can certainly give it a shot!

I can confirm that is also happening to me with a RM2 for pdf and epub. Using the code with your changes solves the issue @singofwalls
