Recycle fetchDocs to properly handle Contributors, Blogposts and Podcast Episodes collections.

Replicate the Users collection behaviour for Contributors to display on Podcast Episodes.
Find a way to publicly to access Contributors without auth (if panic mode => treat them as content and enable draft?)
