华为nxt-al10 android 7.0 mMediaRecorder.prepare(); 失败， error ：java.io.IOException: prepare failed.

进一步确定了问题是选择视频寛高选择的的结果不正确，@guoxiaoxing 能帮看看选择寛高的函数是否有问题么
