main changes:

  1. upgrade the android sdk version to 27, and update kotlin code(null-safety gramma)
  2. fix intent parcel transaction bug when there's a lot of media files in phone storage(I found this bug in a phone that has more than 4k photo/video files).
  3. fix bug #44
  4. change the workflow after capture the video.
