I'm a computational research support staff member trying to help a researcher run the steps outlined in https://suchismitasarker.github.io/CHESS-ID4B-QM2/ID4B_Codes/ to process their data on a cluster at Yale.

They are having difficulties getting the scripts to run properly, namely the final step is producing a Segmentation Fault when calling hkl.HIST inside of the main analysis step.

The links to the code on the above site are broken for me (for example https://github.com/suchismitasarker/CLASSE-id4b/blob/main/Pil6M_HKLConv_3D_2022.py which is probably in a private repository). Is there any reason these code can't be made public?

Additionally, any instructions for compiling hkl.c into libhkl.so (what flags are recommended, what compilers are supported, etc) would be great.

Hi @tlangfor , Thanks for sending the message. The documentation here is still in the development stage, so not every library is avilable to the public yet. But I believe the group works here, they will be able to access the code and grab that with the 'CLASSE' account by login into the lnx201 computing node. If any help is needed to take the code, please let me know, and I can set up a meeting a go through the process as well.
