Not able to install via github #1

Hi,

I just tried but not able to install the package from github. There seems to be some issues with Rcpp and it ends up with an error saying

installation of package ‘/var/folders/fr/b4bvkc_11vj3ntd1r6859x5m0000gn/T//RtmpwN35ri/file30602b8ddab8/tmvn_1.0.tar.gz’ had non-zero exit status

I'm currently using R 4.0.2, on a macbook. Wonder whether this is a known problem.

All the errors have to do with RcppEigen; this package uses RcppArmadillo instead. I don't understand why the package installation is trying to use Eigen.

I updated the description file to import RcppArmadillo, can you try installing again?

Hi, I tried on a different laptop and was not able to reproduce this issue. It seems to be with the C++ installation on your machine, but that is beyond my expertise to be able to fix. Sorry that I can't be of more help.

Maybe you can try installing the package in a docker container?
