All the errors have to do with RcppEigen; this package uses RcppArmadillo instead. I don't understand why the package installation is trying to use Eigen.
I updated the description file to import RcppArmadillo, can you try installing again?

Hi, I tried on a different laptop and was not able to reproduce this issue. It seems to be with the C++ installation on your machine, but that is beyond my expertise to be able to fix. Sorry that I can't be of more help.
Maybe you can try installing the package in a docker container?
