Clean Gameview theme is misaligned in the new Steam OS 3.4 preview update. #11

There's a few bugs in the new preview update (i can't confirm if this is present already in stable or beta):

Steam game using the clean gameview theme, steam cloud enable:

i have this fixed locally (i think) but never pushed this out as an update. I'll update it as soon as i can

It is supposed to have been fixed with the 1.2 update? This is still happening:

The other bug on the main game screen is fixed tho.

I can reproduce it but i have not a single clue why that happens, or how i can fix it. It's also funny enough inconsistent. ~i blame valve~

I am not sure but it seems the scroll works just fine for the first time, afterwards it keeps getting stuck in the middle. However, I found that if we let it focus on the two buttons on the right side, then it's less likely to stick during the scroll...
