Adding a mark as read button for the email would be helpful

What would the mark as read button do? When the email is sent to discord, it's automatically marked as read (that is how the application tracks read messages)

Ah I was unaware, I get loads of emails so maybe the bot could keep the emails as unread even if it's sent on discord and have mark as read button that way.

You could add it in the env variables maybe to keep the emails as read or unread

Cause I do not want to miss any important emails somehow
