Be able to change the target day for Creation Rules that use date tokens #51

The instigating request for this is being able to create a daily note for any day (e.g. tomorrow).

This seems like it's the start of a more robust creation rule custom invoking system. I think the most difficult aspect will be figuring out how best to integrate it into the command palette and new note buttons.
