Updates based on another round of feedback from Harvard Registrar #3

I have implemented a few changes that the registrar just now caught.

-Abstract is now double spaced -Changed the numbering for figures per Harvard's request.

I also fixed a bug in the copyright that prevented the year from being displayed, and I changed the copyright format based on feedback from the registrar's office.
