YoutubeUploader fails with remote server error #576

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create YoutubeUploader.exe.config with own developer key and a custom 
upload.csv
2. start YoutubeUploader.exe and upload process
3. when Upload status reaches 100%, a remote server error is returned

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

remote server returned an error: an element with the same key already exists in 
the dictionary / was already added to the collection

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

V 1.0.0.0 01.09.2011
