Only show on coffeescript files

At the moment the sidebar shows even when I’m editing files in other languages. Would be cool if the sidebar remained hidden unless the language is coffeescript.

@NotBobTheBuilder well this is part of something bigger which is turning coffee-navigator into just navigator with pluggable language support :) I can still add option to hide it when current file isn't supported.
