[Windows][Linux]Lost crown video playback is garbled #5

This can be reproduced in most recent builds

Issue

certain pre-rendered hand draw style cut scenes will not playback correctly and become chunky image

Reproduction

Cut scene after tutorial boss, should show this behavior.

Expected Behaviour

Clean playback

Hey @rtpopt26, this is indeed easily reproducible with both OpenGL and Vulkan, will start looking into it!
