Your Environment: macOS Sierra 10.12.5
Steps of reproduce:
1. timetable marker moved.
2. carry over the tasks to tomorrow by bottom button.
3. change date from sidebar.
4. the task carried over from today is deleted.

This bug has fixed in v0.3.0
