Username prompt #7

Here's a small patch which prompts for your wordpress.org SVN username if you haven't passed it in with the -u flag.

I'm not sure why 55e3a04 is included in this pull request. :confused:

I guess there is some non-fast forward merges in the branch.

Will it be possible for you to submit a new pull request? If not, can you tell me what are the commits that you want to me merged?
