"Upload new version" UI improvements #1055

When uploading a new version of a track track

  1. There's no user feedback that the track is uploading, things appear to just sit. At minimum we should disable the button and change text to "Uploading..."

  2. The time is not updated in the db. Let's add a feature spec for this one.

  3. Can we have the waveform be re-generated as well?
