On Playlist Edit, trying to re-order the same track you just re-ordered doesn't work #1064

This appears to be a bug in Safari 13 ( currently works fine on production in FF and chrome )

From the very end of this thread, it appears it may have recently been fixed in the sortablejs library:

https://github.com/SortableJS/Sortable/issues/1571
