NIC and adding properties to the database #31

I keep getting fix errors and errors won't show where and what is the meaning of NIC; Plus only a page refresh when adding properties details.

How can you help out with that; BTW you have got a great code here and there's no way of contributing if actually main functions are not working successfully to the need of the system which is designed for; I hope to soon from you concerning the subject matter and hope you'll move on from here to the next phase of the project at hand

Hi, this system has been developed for locals, NIC is National Identity Card : Eg: 912551160v
