Valid email address definition unlear in UG

The definition of the valid email address for users is not explicitly stated, unlike in the application itself. The further clarification only appears in the Acceptable Parameters section, but does not define what is a domain. There is also inconsistency as the Acceptable Parameters section only mentions the @ and the domain but the application also states further restrictions.

Team's Response

We have categorized this as not in scope because we think that no reasonable user would be reading our UG and thinking to themself what is a valid email?. The users would already have a valid email in mind to add and they would just attempt to add it in our application, which our application would accept. In the off chance that they entered the email in the app incorrectly, they would be corrected on the spot within our app.

We also feel there is no value clogging up the user guide with information that the user does not need given that the information is very obvious to our target audience. Also, we reduced the severity to low because this issue does not affect many of our target audience, if any at all.

However, we will not discount the possibility of improving on this in the future hence we chose not in scope instead of rejecting this bug report.
