Won't install on Specific Browser Version #274

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Google Chrome Version 39.0.2145.4 dev-m
2. Install REST client

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that it installs, or rolls over to the "Add" screen of 
the AddOn/Extension.

Instead, it throws an error that reads "There was a problem adding the item to 
Chrome. Please refresh the page and try again."

On what operating system, browser and browser version?
Windows 7 64bit Enterprise, Google Chrome, Version 39.0.2145.4 dev-m

Please provide any additional information below.

same exact issue, Windows 8.1-64bit Chrome 39.0.2171.36 beta-m (64-bit)
