There is a class in ClearTK called ViewCopier that we are removing because it 
is not documented, tested, or even used.  It copies feature structures from one 
view to another.  Because it may be of potential utility at some future point, 
I thought I would add this issue and attach the code so that it is not lost in 
the event we decide that this would be useful.

Indeed, the CasCopier does not allow to copy data from one view to another 
within the same CAS.

UIMA 2.4.1 an improved CasCopier which can copy from view to view:
