document what types of member variables can be annotated with @ConfigurationParameter #50

There's no clear way of knowing what types are handled correctly by 
ConfigurationParameterInitializer or what the parameter values should look like 
without actually looking at the code.

 I have updated the JavaDoc of ConfigurationParameter accordingly. It already had a list of types in there. The JavaDoc of ConfigurationParameterInitializer no refers to ConfigurationParameter.
