Remove findbugs dependency from uimaFIT

From time to time people get an error message in Eclipse when they are using 
uimaFIT but not have it checked out due to Eclipse analyzing the classes, 
finding a findbug annotation, but not the classdef for the annotation.

Steven remarked about this phenomenon recently. Though I do not find the mail 
exchange at this moment, I am pretty sure that the consensus was to remove the 
findbugs annotation - which means we can remove the dependency as well.
