I need to set up the development environment
So that I can begin working on the accounts microservice

Details and Assumptions

Ensure the environment supports Docker, Kubernetes, and other necessary tools.

Given a clean machine
When I set up the development environment
Then the necessary tools for the microservice are installed and configured properly
