Fix text overflow in the dropdown description #2

Hi,

I'm the author of the VSCode Webview Elements project. I watched the demo video of this extension and realized there is a CSS issue in the select component: https://github.com/bendera/vscode-webview-elements/issues/61

So, I fixed it. I recommend updating the package to the latest version.
