Looking for a standard UI design

We need to make the <video> selectable. Also, the user will be placed at bottom right and rest of the ppl he is talking to will be placed on the perimeter of the default/first person he has got connected. It can be like this |X|X|X|X|X|||X| |X|PPPPP|X| |X|PPPPP|X| |X|PPPPP|X| |X|X|X|X|X|||U| Here, PPP.... refers to the place occupied by the default/first person connected to user U and X are the rest of the users. On selecting a <video> of say X then the person P and this X will be swapped.

:point_right: There should be place for chat box(similar to hangout).
