Add volume control directly from ytui #5

It is sometime desired to change the volume only to specific application (ytui-music) of single application instead of whole system. This is what may be done (I think):

Send mpv command as defined in https://mpv.io/manual/master/#options-volume
Add keybinding + and - to increase and decrease volume

This is just planned and I am not sure when I would be free enough to do so. If anyone watching this I would love to see.

As of commit a97d800 . Increasing and decreasing volume is available in ytui-music locally. This will further command the mpv which I belive further command to it's internal unit softvol.

Default keys are: + to increase volume - to decrease volume
