Now that we have --lang, it would be further nice to default lang to the current locale.
eg so if the current locale is ja_JP.utf8, then fonts-compare would start up as if --lang ja had been passed.
ja_JP.utf8
--lang ja
Of course --lang could still be used to override the initial language, just the default would no longer with en, but based on the user's locale.
