--nofonts does not output #60

Thanks for reporting this issue Jens.

NOTE:- if a language has only "Droid" and "STIX" fonts available, I consider it as no fonts being installed at the moment, and the result indicates that there are no fonts installed for that language currently. it's subject to change depending on future considerations.
