Ported cpuid.

likwid-topology and likwid-perfctr working.

likwid-perfctr uses same code as NehalemEX.

The feature of Sandybridge to use all 8 counters if SMT turned off not 
implemented yet.

Event list seems incomplete in Intel docu.
