In order to include metadata about the code, its purpose and its authors we should include a CITATION.cff.

We can use cffinit to create one.

I will need ORCID ID's for...

[ ] Ian Sudbery (0000-0002-5038-0190)
[ ] Jack Riley (0000-0002-0311-7787)
[ ] Neil Shephard (0000-0001-8301-6857)
