pcangsd available on conda #1

Good morning,

The installation instructions require PCAngsd installed manually because the package does not exist on an Anaconda channel, but (perhaps since the time of the original writing) the package is installable via conda, as seen here: https://anaconda.org/jonaszierer/pcangsd

Hey Pavel! We decided not to use this one because it is a fairly old version. Although I have to admit that the version that we currently use isn't the newest one either. We'll consider adopting a newer version in the future.
