Make insults translatable #366

The insults are not translated, fix it.

When I originally added the translation markers I intentionally did not include the insults since I didn't think a literal translation would be useful. Do you expect translators to write new insults that make sense in their language?

A lot of insults are translatable “as is” because they don't use English specific words or expression, the “joke” is implicit (e.g., “Maybe if you used more than just two fingers…”). For the other, you can be surprised by the imagination of the translator. Maybe some insults can't be translated, but I sure that translator can replace the English insult by a new one. Personally, I am a translator in some other project, and I find that the insults and jokes are the funnier part of the translation work.
