Include delegations and other data for contracts #239

similar to each wallet address, each contract address also have address page

E.g. For contract: https://tracker.icon.community/address/cx5faae53c4dbd1fbe4a2eb4aab6565030f10da5c6 For wallet: https://tracker.icon.community/address/hxc2edc855a48f731f85a26b02c5738a66c36ffcb3

It would be good to have delegations, rewards and other relevant tabs for contract address “Address” page. Also this page is kind of a secret currently. it would be good to have a link somewhere to reach that page.

I think for now, on the /contracts + /addresses we'll make the relevant calls and conditionally add the tabs to the view.
