Add something like tasks.md with main readme linking to it for specific sections. Each section should have

description of what task it
other keywords / alternative names
[🤔] possibly link to sample datasets
[🤔] possibly with pictures gifs

multilabel classification (single label per doc / multiple labels)
hierarchical classification
NER / spans (same as section segmenting, etc)
coreference (NER + relations)
