Delay/Wait #20

Execution is flawless; however there are times when we would like to delay the 
execution of the trigger. Also there should be delay between executing.

For example:
After holding your hand out, there is a 2 second delay, then it press "q", then 
another delay, then press "z".

yeah that can be added. It will work in just fine after I complete the current 
(lengthy) change I am working on.
